Primary Duties: Warmly greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls promptly as well as emails Client support with online payroll entry programs, timekeeping products, etc. Work discreetly with confidential information Efficiently handle a high volume of client requests and calls with a positive and energetic approach In-Person office position with a Monday through Friday work schedule of 8am to 5pm, assisting outside clients and visitors as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or an AA or BA in business, administration, or a related field Attention to detail with an intense ability to organize and prioritize A self-starter, able to work independently though comfortable and successful working collaboratively in a close-knit environment Exceptional customer service abilities and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office is a must Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations of performance and daily deadline pressures Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
