Job Description : We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/admin assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative and administrative duties. You will facilitate daily functions like keeping track of employees records supporting the interview process and assisting with dispatch as needed. Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline supporting the owner and improving scores. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the organization. This role is a hybrid position, you will be required to work both onsite and remotely.ResponsibilitiesRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceRedirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the teamMaintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are metLiaise with other departments or functions as neededSupport the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.Assist supervisors in performance management proceduresSchedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agendaCoordinate training sessions and seminarsPerform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hiresProduce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedbackSupport other functions as assignedSkillsProven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)Ability to work with ATS softwareIn-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsCIPD certification is an advantageBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
