So, here’s who we’re looking for:Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate The Front Desk Administrator will be the face of our company! This position will support the coordination of a broad spectrum of tasks relating to office tasks as well as internal and external hiring initiatives. In addition to ensuring a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process for the NOTS Logistics Employment Resource Center, qualified candidates must have precise, detailed-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and writing abilities.Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment, and experience in an office environment handling heavy scheduling and phones. This role works with the Human Resources team to maximize the effectiveness of the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate/new hire experience. In addition to validating and processing new hire information, the Front Desk Administrator will maintain job boards, schedule interviews, pre-screen applicants and conduct interviews, along with other recruitment initiatives to drive awareness of company job openings within the community. This position will also help support the current NOTS employees through ensuring a culture of caring.Role and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the day-to-day administrative activities associated with the recruitment and hiring of new employees and supports the HR department.Assist with high volume phones, scheduling, filing, and greeting customers and candidates.Scheduling, coordinating, and managing interviews and meetings, including, but not limited to; communication, assembling data/materials and confirming attendees.Maintain the Applicant Tracking System on a daily basis.Manage job requisitions in the ATS with direction from the HR department.Partner with the HR department to provide internal and external five-star customer service.Provide administrative office support to all levels of the company when needed.Greet external and internal customers in person and by telephone.Monitor multiple activities such as background checks, license verifications and I-9 documentation for quality control and timely processing.Provide support to applicants on related ATS systems and inquiries. Escalates calls to HR as needed.Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy while treating all customers and candidates with the utmost respect and dignity.Identify opportunities for improvement of the candidate and employment experience.Other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications High school/GED requiredTwo years business office or related experience preferredExperience using Microsoft Suite; Excel, Outlook, Word, as well as other applicable computer software.Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact well with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.Ability to analyze and interpret data and make good business decisionsBasic knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employment; I-9, EEO, etc.Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority.Must be able to work independently and take the initiative to complete other value-added tasks.Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, some overtime may be required.Location: Cartersville, GANOTS Logistics offers a career opportunity, with family values, and further advancement.
