Job Description : Job Purpose: This position creates structure to provide the Warehouse Customer Service Department with leadership and the training required to provide clients with excellent and professional Customer Service. The Account Representative has to conduct his/her role in a positive, productive and efficient work environment. This position is critical to the retention and attraction of clients.Essential Functions of the Job: Process Shipments sent via EDIRoute (Unyson, Target & Vendor Central)Schedule pick-ups via phone or emailSchedule TRU Shipments using UnysonCommunicate with the Customer via EmailClose Orders and send ASNsGenerate Rework LabelsGenerate UPS and FedEx using DavinciGenerate UCC 128 labels using CMX (except Walgreens we generate from crystal report)Generate USPS Labels using EndeciaMatch Labels with the Orders (small parcel and Walgreens)Sign out DriversCommunicate with the Warehouse Lead to inform him on pick-ups and communication on daily shipmentsUpdate Orders in Davinci accordingly with Carrier, Load and Ship DatesUpdate Davinci with schedule date and timeFollow up with Carriers requesting driver ETADaily Open Order ReportsProvide the warehouse with a Daily pick up scheduleCreate Master BOLsScan Signed BOLs at the end of the DayPrepare the packing slips per loadPrint Amazon packing listFilling Closed Orders and ReceiptsUpdate B2C Report accordingly with Returns and No Inventory Items for shipments that cannot be fulfilledReview, consider and make decisions on implementing process and procedures to improve operations efficiencies.Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.Organizational Relationships: Has frequent contact and communicates with customers and employees.Qualifications GuidelinesExperience/Training/Education: Required: High school graduation or equivalent, plus minimum of 1 year of lead and/or supervisor support experience.Preferred: Associate degree or completion of some college business courses.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate to customers effectively, professionally and courteously, work independently with minimal supervision. Requires knowledge of office practices, recordkeeping, and reporting systems; business correspondence techniques and English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation; principles of public relations and communications; records management and file maintenance. Skills required include proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Da Vinci CS Data Base and the company’s TMS system.Ability to use standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers and facsimile equipment; ability to type at the net rate of 45 words per minute using a computer keyboard; ability to be courteous and professional; to accept constructive criticism; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions; to maintain the confidentiality of data; collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; prioritize, organize, and complete tasks independently; communicate effectively and work cooperatively with customers, management, other employees, contractors, vendors, and public and private representatives.Physical and Environmental Elements: This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Clear speaking voice is necessary, as well as finger dexterity to access, enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, typewriter keyboard or calculator, and to operate standard office equipment.
