Who We Are Looking For

Monroe Harding is searching for an Administrative Assistant to oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office while providing clerical and administrative support to the leadership management team.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

Office Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
Ensure office is open and prepared for public during normal business hours.
Ensure safety and security of office during and after normal business hours.
Receive deliveries and sort incoming mail, including donations, and deliver to appropriate department or individual following company policy.
Process outgoing mail.
Coordinate quarterly staff meeting location.
Manage the schedule for all company conference and meeting rooms.
Maintain agency electronic file archives.
Keeps a safe and clean lobby area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies; order new supplies as needed.

Leadership Support Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to leadership management team.
Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
Coordinate in-person meeting preparations including ordering food, as needed.
Schedule meetings for CEO and other leadership team members.
Maintain HR & Finance files
Order and distribute company business cards and employee ID badges.
Assist with coordinating and preparing for Board meetings, Board committees and other staff meetings.
Assist with Onboarding and scheduling Orientation for new employees
What we expect in an Administrative Assistant at Monroe Harding

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience may be substituted. Minimum of One (1) year of administrative and clerical experience required.
