Duties include providing support to office manager and executive, phone support to customers, preparing reports and assisting general administrative activities. We have a laid-back office that at times can be fast paced due to heavy call volume. You need to be able to switch back and forth between the task you are working on and the phone call interruptions. We have lots of fun and enjoy working with each other, but this is not an office that you get to play on your phone during the day. We need you full attention to be able to keep up with all the things we have going on.ResponsibilitiesBack up phone support – Customer service skills to be able to provide customer with information about our services, confirm customer details and enter new jobs with details of what they would like us to fix, and confirm customer appointmentsAbility to be very responsive to multiple forms of communications, i.e. emails, texts and voicemailsKeep office area organized and cleanAccount set ups and account closuresCollections – most accounts are on autopay or have a credit card on file, but you will need to keep up with the ones that don’t or when autopay failExecutive assistant – assisting with projects and company analysisInvoicing and processing paymentsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsTraits that are helpful in this positionEnjoy spreadsheets work and analyzing dataEnjoy a burst of fast pace work followed by slower periods, (Our phone seem to ring all at the same time for a while, then give you a break for a bit)Have the ability to get your work done with the interruptions of phone callsAttention to details and accuracy in transposing numbersDesire to learn or knowledge of Google Sheets and Google DocsDesire to learn or knowledge of QuickbooksExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workProblem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskCompetent at typing while listening to customers on the phoneJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:We are a mask-free office as we are always around each other, like family!
