Job description :
Job Summary - To conceptualize, design and develop course content/training materials for use in classrooms, virtual training settings or blended training solutions - Develop Workforce Skills Qualifications(WSQ) and Train-the-Trainer framework - Responsible for the programme implementation and administration; also conduct stand-up training - Provide direction on training programs to ensure that the service levels are at or above company standards and expectations. - Monitor and supervise course confirmation and preparation - Keeping aware Identify and act on opportunities to increase training revenue - Keeping aware of trends in training development - Fulltime and/or contract positions available
 
Qualifications :
If you a certified ACTA/WDA-WSQ National Trainer and meet the following requirements: - Have min. 3 years’ teaching and/or education-related discipline. - Understand Adult learning principles and techniques - Possess competent writing skills and a passion to develop print and online training courses. - Have the ability to work within strict timelines. - Speak fluent English and Mandarin (other languages is an advantage) - Able to start work immediately - Hospitality/Travel/MICE industry background an advantage
