Responsibilities * An integral member of a core team driving a culture of continuous improvement in the organisation. * Help to develop, support, co-ordinate and conduct training activities that develop organisational capabilities in continuous improvement, in particular by leveraging lean thinking philosophies and tools. * Help put in place culture building initiatives that support organisational excellence.
Qualifications :
Requirements * Good relevant Degree * Experience in training development or hands-on experience in conducting training will be advantageous * Knowledge of lean thinking, healthcare processes or continuous improvement methodologies will be advantageous
