Human Resources Manager

Job description :
Responsibilities: * Manages the administration and day-to-day operations of human resource policies, procedures and functions * Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract and retain top quality candidates appropriate to the position and the company’s needs * Oversee the recruitment of all personnel and drive a high quality and systematic induction program * Prepare, update and maintain HR records, documentation, policies, processes & procedures to meet legislative requirements * Ensure the administration of employment contracts, performance management and tracking systems * Develop, implement and continually review a Performance Management System * Play an advisory role to company managers on HR matters and provide solutions on HR-related issues, as well as recommend and implement appropriate HR interventions * Provides guidance and advice to managers and staff on implementation of HR policies * Manage work permit and related processes for foreign employees and liaise with external legal counsel in this regard * Knowledge of, and experience with, computerised payroll systems would be an advantage * Ability to coach, develop and motivate others to make behavioural changes appropriate in a workplace * Proven ability to build rapport with a range of people at all levels
Qualifications :
Qualifications: * Age above 30 years * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or equivalent * At least 5 years relevant experience in Human Resource management functions (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relation and Payroll) with minimum 2 years of HR experience in a multi-national company working environment * Proven knowledge of Thai Labour Law, Welfare Regulations, Training, Compensation & Benefit * Strong interpersonal skills, self-discipline, highly responsible, good confidential keeper and solid team player * Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must! * Well organised and able to handle significant responsibility with an Eye for Detail * Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written, electronic) * Strong competence with office IT and communications systems is essential * Service Minded and flexible with Pleasant Personality & Positive Attitude * Good personality, Interpersonal skills, Leadership and communication skills * Must have excellent teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and work well with deadlines * Must be hard working, self-motivated, proactive, observant, and innovative
