Job description :
Job Brief : * Liaise with both internal and external parties for candidateís application in order to finish recruitment process in time. * Introduce new arrival staff to all staff and store the data in profiling system. * Provide the exit interview to resigning staff and update to all staff. Responsibilities: * Liaise with both public and private organization for candidateís application with qualification and quantity required. * Liaise medias for submitting to be the most potential which can publicize all job vacancies as assigned. * Interview and recruit candidates confirming with requirement and organizationís culture. * Provide hiring contract, store staff profiles in the data system and update all staff for the new arrival. * Transfer storing staff information to be the reference in staff evaluation to original affiliation. * Provide the exit interview to resigning staff, store updating info. and inform this updating to all staff. * Provide recruitment monthly report.
 
Qualifications :
Qualifications: * Male, age 25 years old up * Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field * Minimum 3 years experience of recruitment functions * Proactive and high analytical thinking for solving problem * High achievement with good team player
