Job description :
Primary Role and Responsibility * Responsible for resume screening, and first interviewing of candidates to meet job specification requirement. * Make interview appointment and paper examination. * Handle first interview and coordinate with responsible Consultant. * Negotiate outsource and recruitment staff salary and benefit * Conduct the orientation program for new staff * Track and update outsource employee leaves and benefits * Coordinate with candidate for his interview and providing all support for him to start working at client site * Report all activity to Business Unit Manager Secondary Role and Responsibility * Develop HR process and set up policy * Provide HR administrative support * Handle all staff enquiry * Prepare Staff Contract; new and extension * Collect timesheet from outsource staff
Qualifications :
Qualifications: * Female, age not over 27 * University graduated in Business Administration or related field * At least 2 years experience in HR and Recruitment activities (Fresh graduated are welcome) * Good command of written and spoken English * Ability to use and all Microsoft Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Self Motivation, Fast Learning and Work Independently * Good interpersonal and communication skills
