Job description :
Responsibilities : * Monitor and Manage overall HR function. * Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and processes. * Managing and implementing KPI and leadership development. * Managing compensation * Create a positive atmosphere and high performance corporate culture * Develop and manage the effective communication among employees and employer * Managing employee relations, general affairs and staff welfare issues * Supporting the implementation of regional and global HR projects * Create new tools for developing and evaluating the knowledge of all officers.
Qualifications :
Requirements :- * Age not over 40 years * Bachelor's Degree or Masterís degree in HRM, Business Administration with specialization in HRM or related field with focus on strategic planning and development or organization strategic planning * Minimum 8 years relevant experiences in managerial position and HR functions, experiences in Telecom business are preferred * Strong knowledgeable in local employment law and statutory compliance * Able to work effectively in multi-cultural environment * Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics * Proactive, solutions-thinking and innovative approach * Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Achievement-oriented, independent, responsible and team player * Good written and spoken in English * Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage. * Able to work under pressure
